The Confident Birth Club

The Confident Birth Club

Feel confident for labour in 21 days, even if right now you’re overwhelmed by the Uncertainty of it all

You’re here because birth is getting closer and closer and…

You’re not sure how much pain you’ll be able to handle.

You’re trying to prepare, but appointments feel rushed and leave you unsure what your options actually are.

Everyone’s telling you to just ‘relax’, but your brain keeps jumping to different ‘what if’ scenarios

You’re scrolling Instagram and saving YouTube videos, but you’ve got no idea what birth should look like or feel like and your partners got no clue either.

Underneath it all sits the quiet fear you haven’t said out loud: “What if I can’t cope?”

  • Maybe you’re thinking, ‘What’s the point in preparing when anything can happen?’

Maybe you don’t want to get your hopes set on a certain kind of birth incase things change.

Or maybe you’re quietly wondering how you’ll cope if it gets really intense. Whether you might freeze, panic or struggle more than you expect.

When in reality, preparation isn’t about creating a perfect plan or predicting every turn. It’s about understanding what’s happening, knowing what helps and having steady, practical tools you can lean on. So even if plans shift, you don’t feel lost or out of control.

The Confident Birth Club is for mums-to-be who:

- Want to feel calm and in control but aren’t sure how you’ll cope labour

- Feel overwhelmed by information and don’t know where to start

- Want to understand pain relief options and when to ask for them

- Want your partner to know how to support you

- Want to feel prepared even if things don’t go to plan

So instead of just hoping you’ll figure it out on the day, you’ll know what helps and what to do. All in just 21 days.

It’s your turn to…

-1-

Feel ready for the intensity of labour (without lying awake wondering if you’ll cope)

No more lying awake wondering
’How bad is it going to be?’ or
’Will I cope?’

You’ll understand what labour actually feels like at each stage, what helps when things ramp up and when different pain relief options make sense.

So instead of hoping you’ll manage, you’ll go in knowing:

- What’s happening in your body

- What to try first

- And when to ask for more support

-2-

Handle Birth As A Team

No one wants a partner standing there thinking ‘’Is this normal? Should I say something?’

They’ll know:

- What’s happening in labour

- How to help you stay grounded

- How to help you feel more comfortable

- When to speak up or ask questions

So instead of feeling like it’s all on you, you’ll feel like a team and can switch off knowing you’ll be well supported.

-3-

Know what to do if birth doesn’t go to plan

You won’t be trying to make big decisions in the moment with no headspace.

You’ll understand:

- What you might be offered and why

- What your choices are

- How to ask questions without feeling awkward

- What usually happens if plans change

So if something unexpected comes up, you won’t feel panicked or powerless. You’ll feel informed, involved and able to make decisions that feel right for you.

In just 21 days, you won't be lying awake at 1am spiralling on another mumsnet forum

You’ll have a clear birth toolkit, a calm mindset (and tools to help bring you back when that anxious brain jumps in) and a birth partner ready to back you up.

THE BEST PART?

You’ll walk into labour knowing you can handle it. Whether everything goes to plan or nothing does, you’ll feel calm confident and in control. And that level of confidence will follow you into those early days with your baby too.

Hi, I’m Holly.

I’m a Hypnobirthing + Antenatal Specialist, a registered mental health therapist and a mum of two.

But before alllll of that, I was a pregnant woman who felt completely out of her depth.

With my first baby, everything moved quickly, decisions were being made around me and I didn’t fully understand what was happening. Physically it was tough, but emotionally? It was the lack of clarity, the panic, the sense of ‘I don’t know what’s going on’ that stayed with me.

That experience lit a fire in me to make sure no one else walks into birth feeling powerless or uninformed.

By the time I had my second baby, things were completely different. I understood my options, I knew how to ask the right questions and even when plans changed, I felt steady, calm and capable. Not because the birth was ‘easy,’ but because I finally felt involved - not swept along.

That’s why I created The Confident Birth Club.

Most parents who join this course aren’t trying to have a ‘perfect’ birth. They just want to know they’ll cope, stay calm and make clear decisions when it matters.

So this isn’t about rigid plans or chasing a certain kind of birth. It’s about giving you the tools, confidence and clarity to stay grounded no matter how things unfold. Because you deserve to feel informed, supported and genuinely calm, not just hoping for the best.

Since then, I’ve supported parents worldwide through groups, 1:1 sessions and online classes and in 2025 was named the UK’s Most Empowering Hypnobirthing & Birth Mindset Coach.

Clients tell me working with me feels like I’m ‘reading their mind.’ But really, I just remember what it felt like to be in their shoes and I never want anyone to feel that alone in birth again.

But what if birth doesn’t go to plan…

I hear this all the time especially from Mums who’ve been told to ‘just go with the flow’ because anything can happen.

And yes, whilst birth is unpredictable…
feeling unprepared is not the same as being flexible.

  • I’m a registered mental health therapist, so the tools you learn aren’t just ‘nice ideas’ they’re evidence-based and actually work when your mind starts to race.

  • Most teachers talk about fight or flight; I teach you how to regulate it when intensity hits and how staying calm and grounded helps your labouring body

  • without freezing, people pleasing, or nodding along because you’re overwhelmed.

  • From inductions, to assisted birth and unplanned caesareans - you’ll know what’s normal, what your options are and how to stay steady.

  • Not just where to rub your back, but how to help when anxiety spikes or things feel uncertain.

  • Because you’re already exhausted and don’t need more overwhelm. Each module is broken down into short videos, audios or readable guides.

You can also join our monthly live sessions to go through any questions or worries you want extra support with. So you’re never left to just ‘figure it out’.

That’s why The Confident Birth Club feels different to everything else you’ve tried:

you don't have to just 'hope for the best' during birth

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

  • No. Most books give you theory. The Confident Birth Club shows you how to actually use the tools in real time, with clear language, scripts and support.

  • Perfect! We’ll create one together. You’ll learn how to build a flexible plan that covers your preferences, your options, and how to adapt if things change.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need to be “zen” to use these tools. They’re designed for real people with real worries, so you can feel calmer, more confident and in control - even if you’re usually anxious.

  • That’s exactly what this course prepares you for. You’ll learn how to adapt, what to ask and how to stay calm in any situation - whether that’s a home birth, an induction, or a C-section.

  • Lessons are short and bite sized. Even ten minutes at a time will give you tools you can use straight away. Many parents dip in on their commute, lunch break, or in the evenings.

  • You’ll still feel prepared. The course is designed to support any birth, not just a textbook one.

  • That’s okay. Everything is designed so you can use the tools on your own. But most partners actually love having clear prompts and scripts, because it takes the guesswork out of knowing how to help.

  • No problem. Everything’s recorded and yours to keep. You can revisit modules whenever you need a refresher (even in the middle of labour if you want a quick reminder).
