The Confident Birth Club
The Confident Birth Club
Four weeks to birthing your baby calmly, even when plans change, or labour feels more intense than you imagined.
All the details here
You’re here because You want to birth with confidence, but right now...
You lie awake at 1am, Googling “how to cope with contractions” and spiralling over worst-case scenarios.
You’ve read the leaflets, done the Googling… and still feel like you don’t actually know what you don’t know (or what’s relevant)
You thought your midwife would explain everything you needed to know, but you often leave appointments with more questions than answers and hate the idea of being rushed into decisions without feeling clear on your options.
You nod through appointments because the experts sound confident… then walk out thinking “Why did I just agree to that?”
You want your partner to be helpful on the day, but right now, neither of you knows what that actually looks like.
-
Maybe
You think hypnobirthing is just for calm people
-
Maybe
You’ve been told the only way to cope is to “take every drug going” (it’s not).
-
Maybe
Maybe you believe positive birth stories are rare or sugar-coated (they’re not).
-
Or maybe
You’ve convinced yourself there’s no point preparing since birth is unpredictable. When in reality, you can prepare, but you need the right flexible tools that work no matter how your birth unfolds.
Wondering if you’re in the right place?
This Course Is For the Mums-to-be who…
Know they don’t want to “just wing it” but aren’t sure where to start
Worry something might go wrong and want to feel calm and capable no matter what
Have a birth partner who desperately wants to help but isn’t sure what to do when things get real
Crave a birth experience they can look back on with pride, not trauma
It’s your turn to…
Feel confident making clear decisions with your midwife, even when things change
Handle contractions without spiralling into panic
Have a birth partner by your side who knows exactly how to support you
In just a few weeks, you won't be lying awake at 1am spiralling on another mumsnet forum
You’ll have a clear birth toolkit, a calm mindset (and tools to help bring you back when that anxious brain jumps in) and a birth partner ready to back you up.
The best part?
You’ll walk into labour knowing you can handle it. Whether everything goes to plan or nothing does, you’ll feel calm confident and in control..
Hi, I’m Holly.
I’m a Hypnobirthing + Antenatal Specialist, a registered mental health therapist and a mum of two.
And I’m here to tell you that you don’t need more random tips from Google or endless “positive affirmations.” You need practical tools, real strategies and mindset support that actually work in the moment.
I don’t just teach this work, but I’ve lived it too.
With my first pregnancy, I was labelled high-risk. My waters broke at 35 weeks, I was put on medication and bed rest and induction was scheduled with very little explanation. Complications arose during labour and a few days after birth I was re-admitted. Not quiet the experience I’d imagined.
But the hardest part wasn’t what happened physically (though yes, that was tough). It was that no one helped me understand what was going on. Emotionally I was stuck in panic mode, left to piece it all together on my own. That experience left me with PTSD and a fire in me to make sure no one else walks into birth feeling that powerless.
By the time I had my second, I was already trained as a hypnobirthing teacher. My labour didn’t go “to plan” (hi shoulder dystocia) but the difference was night and day. I knew how to ask the right questions, how to advocate for myself and most importantly how to stay calm. Even in an emergency, it never felt like one.
That’s why I created The Confident Birth Club. To make sure you never feel like birth is something happening to you, but something you’re actively part of.
I’ve supported parents-to-be worldwide through groups, 1:1 sessions and online programs. In 2025 I was named the UK’s Most Empowering Hypnobirthing & Birth Mindset Coach and my clients often say working with me feels like I’m “reading their mind.”

But what if birth doesn’t go to plan…

-
- 01 -
Tools that work in any birth setting — home, hospital, or theatre.

A clear understanding of your options, so you’re never left nodding and regretting it later.
-
- 03 -
Scripts and prompts so your partner can advocate when you can’t.
-
- 04 -
An understanding of how the body works during labour and how to make things feel more comfortable
-
- 05 -
Mindset tools that go deeper than affirmations
-
- 06 -
A flexible plan that makes you feel calm and in control, even if labour takes a detour
