I’m so glad you’re here! Whether this is your first, second, third pregnancy, it can be a lot. Thankfully, I’m here to make things feel ten times easier for you.

But maybe you have some questions for me first. Whether you want to know more about how hypnobirthing works, or how my courses differ from standard antenatal classes, feel free to pop me a message anytime! There’s no silly questions here.

Where I’m based: Whitley Bay.

I offer a range of classes for expectant and new parents across North Tyneside, Northumberland, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and South Tyneside, including Hypnobirthing classes, pregnancy relaxation classes, and baby massage classes.

For added convenience, I also provide online Hypnobirthing classes and a pre-recorded course, so you can join from wherever you are, whenever it suits you best.
