My private 121 Hypnobirthing Courses are held at dates and times to suit you, offering a flexible way of learning. I teach two different courses privately, including:
The full hypnobirthing course
The intensive hypnobirthing course
I offer my private hypnobirthing sessions both in person, or online if you’re further afield.

The Full Hypnobirthing Course - Private/121
£395 per ticket including a space for you and your birth partner
My full courses are normally taught in 4x2/2.5 hour blocks, but they can be taught in longer sessions if you’d prefer.
We will have a call before the sessions start, so I can find out more about you and your pregnancy so far. We will go through what you’d like to get from hypnobirthing, then I will tailor the sessions to suit your individualised needs.
Once the sessions finish, you will have my full support up until the birth. I will be available via text, email, or video calls for short chats. Maybe your birth plans have changed, or you just need to ask a question about something we covered, you can rest assured that I am only a text away,
Full Private Hypnobirthing Courses in the North East and Online
Each full course includes:
A hypnobirthing welcome pack:
You’ll receive an interactive workbook, which covers everything I teach in the course. You can choose to complete this as we go along, or in your own time.
The workbooks include all of the practical information you need to feel prepared for birth, as well as some positive birth stories and relaxation scripts to use during pregnancy and labour.
Alongside the workbook, you will also receive a hypnobirthing pack, which includes some positive affirmation cards for birth and other practical tools.. such a tennis ball. You’ll find out why during the course!
As a full, private client, you’ll also receive some extra goodies designed to help you relax in the run up to the big day!
Hypnobirthing Audios:
You will also receive 4 hypnosis/relaxation audios to listen to during your pregnancy and labour.
They have been specially designed to re-write birth worries and fears and promote a sense of relaxation.
The audios included are:
Fear Release
A Candle relaxation
Birth Rehearsal
Positive Birth Affirmations
I also have a range of others designed for different births such as home births or caesarean births.
My ongoing support:
You will not only have my full support throughout the course, but also when the course finishes too.
If you have questions, or need to talk something through (such as a potential change of plan for birth) I’ll be more than happy to help.

The Intensive Hypnobirthing Course - Private/121
£150 per ticket including a space for you and your birth partner
My intensive courses are taught in one four hour session, either in person or online. Online classes can be split into two sessions if you’d prefer.
The intensive sessions are designed for those who have found hypnobirthing later into their pregnancy, or who cannot commit to attending a full course.
They are a condensed version of the full course, meaning you’ll still learn all of the hypnobirthing techniques, but less of the antenatal information.
